ScreenSifter is a unique tool designed to dramatically enhance the productivity and depth of RNAi screening analysis. Its user-friendly interface empowers any biologist with the ability to ask complex bioinformatics questions.

Welcome to ScreenSifter!

ScreenSifter has been created to help you manage all of your RNAi screening-related projects in an organized fashion. This user-friendly, guided, and advanced statistical analyses program allows you to upload your raw signal intensities and have complete control over the screen analysis, the hit selection, the plotting of hit genes with gene ontology, and the creation of comparisons between replicates or of channels. In addition, ScreenSifter has visualization tools that allow you to plot specific genes or gene groups from the screen data. ScreenSifter also provides Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA), and protein-protein interactions directly onto the plot.
